Jennifer Clarke

Jennifer’s career spans over 25 years in Human Resources consulting and senior management roles.  As well as having in-depth experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors, she has provided consulting services to church organizations at the national, judicatory and congregational levels, including clergy and candidate assessment and coaching, mediation, team building, and operational reviews.  Jennifer has brought her experience in executive search and organization effectiveness together to create the Ministry Competency Model, designed to support clergy selection, development and deployment.  Jennifer has a B. Comm. from the University of Saskatchewan and has earned the PCC designation (Professional Certified Coach) from the International Coach Federation. She is currently training as a mediator and is a member of the ADR Institute, the professional association for mediators in Canada.

Tim Elliott 

After 25 years of parish ministry with the Anglican Church in Toronto, Tim launched a new venture as a vocational consultant, executive coach and keynote speaker in 2002.  The foundation of his consulting work includes an extensive background of supervision and mentorship of clergy, and research on work and vocation in his Doctor Of Ministry studies. In addition to his consulting work, he travels and speaks about jazz, spirituality, vocation, creativity and wellness, using the piano in his presentations.  Tim is the author of “Clarity and Courage: Life as an Improvised Journey”.  Tim received his M.Div. from the General Theological Seminary, New York and his D. Min. from the Toronto School of Theology.  He is a professionally certified coach and a member of the International Coach Federation.
